My name is Jackie, I am the owner of Shampaws Grooming & Pet Store. We are a family run business consisting of my daughter’s, my husband and myself. My daughter, Hannah will be the store manager and my oldest daughter, Louise has done all the in store design work, whilst I will be your main professional groomer. We have Karen who has 2 dogs and covers for Hannah on her days off. We also have Sue who helps Jackie with grooming. We also have Lucy our bather come in to help out. Between all of us we have over 40 years of working/education with animals. I myself have 5 shih tzus and 2 cats. Hannah has 1 olde english bulldog, 1 cat and 1 tortoise. You may meet our gang in store. I have completed level 2 and level 3 of my grooming qualifications and currently studying my level 4, Hannah has worked previously in pet retail and has an animal management qualification as well as being a trained canine hydrotherapist. She has also completed a qualification in canine and feline nutrition, canine massage and LED devices as well. Her own business is called Shampaws Nutrition & Wellness. Louise has her own successful design company and creates her own Zines. If you have any questions or need advice on anything at all please don't hesitate to ask us!
